"Meghan was great with taking time and explaining in detail questions that were asked! I really had a bad experience with state farm on Montgomery ( Shanon Salsbury) been with them for 11 months and was told they had to let my family go due to using too many claims. We were hurt that an insurance company can do this bc the claims we used a lot was the roadside assistance due to having 2 old cars. We vow to NEVER go back to state farm if this is how they do business. Anyways, I attempted to see what better quotes were available and Meghan called me from “ State farm”. I listen to what she had to say and was ready to say “ no thank you” due to previous experience but she explained that all State Farm are not the same and they were not affiliated with Shanon Salsbury and expressed they would have never done my family like this. I even discussed with her someone had hit us and Salsbury left my husband to do all handling which was very stressful on us such as getting rentals, paying out of pocket then waiting to be reimbursed by the other insurance company. The whole experience was so hurtful with state farm “ Shanon Salsbury “. I suggest people DO NOT get insurance there bc we were not treated the best and did not know it until we needed them and I think this is what we pay auto/home insurance for. So far, this particular state farm company with Nick Nazar on Conroe seems ok. I am hoping for the best and to stay there for years to come, all we ask is to do your part as a insurance company and we will do our part bc we are not delinquent, never had a collision wreck where we were at fault. This is my 2 cents if anyone is reading and thinking of coming to THIS State Farm… so far, Meghan was genuine, had empathy and tried to get my family the best deal for auto/home and best of all explained in detail with comparison with other insurance companies I was going to go with."
